Data deletion

If you messaged a business that uses Diana on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram and want us to delete your conversation and the associated data, follow these steps:

1. Send a message with the text "DELETE MY DATA" through the same channel you used to contact us, or an email to privacidad@mg.getdiana.app stating the channel (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram) and the phone number or username you wrote from.
2. We will confirm receipt of your request and delete the conversation, the captured data and your identifier from our databases within a maximum of 15 business days, unless the law requires us to keep a record (for example, accounting information for a contract already entered into).
3. We will send you written confirmation once the deletion is complete.
