For people who message us

The Diana messaging assistant provides information about the products or services of the business you contacted and collects basic details about your request so that, where applicable, a sales representative can contact you or an appointment can be booked. The assistant's answers are informational and do not constitute a quote, a confirmed booking or a contract; any commercial proposal is formalized directly with the business or with a human representative. The product may be operated by an automated AI system; you can request human assistance at any time. The product is provided "as is" and may experience interruptions. Using this channel implies acceptance of these terms and of our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

For client businesses

If you represent a business that contracts the Diana platform from Pine Capital S.A.S., operated by 4.0 Digital Partner, the commercial terms of the product (scope, fees, service levels) are set out in the commercial agreement signed directly with Pine Capital S.A.S., not on this page.
